01 General Provisions

gk66 is an online gaming platform that offers a range of entertainment services for players in Bangladesh, including slot games, live casino, and sports betting. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between gk66 and its users ("Members").

By using our platform, you are bound by all of the terms below. gk66 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published on this page will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

1.1 Definitions

• "Member" refers to any individual registered on gk66.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To use the gk66 platform, Members must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must be a resident of a country where online gaming is not legally prohibited.
• Each individual may open only one account.
• All information provided during account registration must be truthful and accurate.

2.1 Identity Verification

gk66 reserves the right to verify a Member's identity at any time. For this purpose, a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identification may be requested. Withdrawals may be put on hold until identity verification is complete.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. gk66 will not be held responsible for third-party access to your account or any unauthorized transactions. Report any suspicious activity to our support team immediately.

03 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

gk66 currently supports three payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. These methods allow fast and secure money transactions.

3.1 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Standard withdrawal time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.

3.2 Deposit Rules

All deposits must be made from the Member's own registered mobile banking number. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and such transactions may be cancelled.

3.3 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, this time may vary due to identity verification, technical issues, or high traffic. Withdrawals will only be made to the Member's own registered payment account.

3.4 Transaction Currency

All transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). gk66 does not accept transactions in any foreign currency.

04 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

gk66 provides various bonuses and promotional offers for Members. Please read the terms below carefully before claiming these benefits.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New Members can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000; depositing ৳6,000 or more applies the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳11,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x), applied to the bonus amount only (not on the deposit + bonus). For example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• An account is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• gk66 reserves the right to cancel a bonus without reason if fraud is suspected.
• Withdrawals from the bonus balance cannot be made until wagering requirements are fully met.
• The validity period of a bonus is determined by the specific terms of each offer.

4.4 VIP Program

gk66's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback applies at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Tier changes are determined based on a Member's gaming activity, and gk66 reserves the right to modify VIP benefits at any time.

05 Gaming Rules

5.1 Fair Play Policy

gk66 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. SSL encryption and fair play technology are used on the platform. All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on gk66:

• Fraudulent or deceptive activities.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Abusing the bonus system or coordinated wagering.
• Using software or bots to operate games.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform.

If any of the above activities are detected, the relevant account may be suspended or permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited.

5.3 Technical Issues

If a game result is affected by a technical error or disruption, gk66 reserves the right to void that round and refund the wagered amount. In the event of any dispute over a game result, gk66's server records will be considered final.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 gk66's Rights

gk66 reserves the right to suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a Terms & Conditions violation.
• On suspicion of fraud or illegal activity.
• In the event of failure to complete identity verification.
• In the case of a long-term inactive account.

8.2 Member's Rights

09 Limitations & Liability

gk66 will not be held responsible for:

• Internet connection issues or technical faults with a Member's device.
• Failure of third-party service providers (mobile banking service disruptions, etc.).
• Account details falling into the hands of a third party due to a Member's negligence.
• Issues arising from incorrect information provided by the Member.

If any part of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.

11.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between gk66 and the Member. No oral understanding or promise shall take precedence over these written Terms.

11.4 Language

These Terms are drawn up in Bengali. In the event of any conflict with a translation or alternative version, the Bengali version shall be considered final.
